Our products are made in limited quantities and are hand-produced in Connecticut. This unique program automatically sends bottles of our Wine of the Month 3, 6, or 12 times a year. We provide recipes and tasting notes with each shipment. When new wines or vintages are released, “The Wine Club” participants are the first customers to receive them.

Blue Coyote – Our most popular white wine is crisp, refreshing, and clean with hints of green apple, spices and somewhat smoky. Made from estate-grown blend of Vidal Blanc and Aurore grapes, this wine is sure to please those who prefer fruity wines. $16/$14.40

Red Fox Rosé  *Now Available*

This dry rosé made from Merlot and Cabernet Franc grapes, is sure to become a favorite! Hints of strawberry, raspberry and pink grapefruit. Very versatile. Perfect with grilled meats, veggies and salads. Serve chilled. $18/$16.20

Vista Reposa 2008 - This red is dry and barrel aged. A blend Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon. Peppery and slightly spicy with hints of raspberry and mint. $20/$18

Merlot

Our most popular red is smooth, elegant, and dry with a hint of black cherry. Dark chocolate pairs well with this wine. $22/$19.80

MAPLE SYRUP

Maple Syrup is produced from sap collected from sugar maple trees during late winter. The season in Connecticut ranges from early February through the third week in March with weather the determining factor. Ideal sugaring weather is 40 degree days and freezing nights. The sap is taken to the sugar house where it is boiled down to maple syrup. Pure maple syrup has nothing added! All of our syrup is bottled at our sugar house.

Our 100% pure maple syrup is currently available in a variety of plastic juglike containers.
