This holiday season we are pleased to announce our newest offering “The Wine Club”. Give the gift of wine that keeps on giving. Many of our customers love to give our wines for the holidays or special occasions. Our products are made in limited quantities and are hand-produced in Connecticut. This unique program automatically sends 2 bottles of our Wine of the Month 3, 6, or 12 times a year. We provide recipes and tasting notes with each shipment. When new wines or vintages are released, “The Wine Club” participants are the first customers to receive them.

Snow Goose *NEW This sweet white is a special blend of 100% estate-grown Connecticut grapes. Our family is dedicated to producing quality wines in a natural and historic setting. Come explore our farm this winter and perhaps catch a glimpse of the snow goose flying high over the vineyards. $20.00 / $18.00

Riesling *NEW - Our version of this classic white grown widely in Germany and Alsace, France is lightly sweet with hints of apricots and pears on the nose and palate. A wonderful companion to Asian foods or with fruit & cheese. $16.00 / $14.40

Farmer's Daughter*NEW - a semi-dry white made from Vidal Blanc, a highly prized varietal in the Northeast. Our newest wine, it is sure to become popular. $16 / $14.40

Coyote Blue – our most popular white wine is semi-sweet, refreshing, and clean. It is bottled in the striking cobalt blue bottle. Made from estate-grown grapes this wine is sure to please those who prefer fruity wines. $14 / $12.60

Vista Muse – a clean, dry blend of Chardonnay and the most widely grown white-grape in the Northeast, Seyval Blanc. 50% of each varietal yields a wine that pairs wonderfully with seafood and chicken. $16 / $14.40

Our glass is over-sized (12.75 oz.) and ideal as a white or red wine glass. This dishwasher-safe glass is etched on both sides: one with our name, and the other side with our logo. $5 each or $76.50 for 18.

Maple Syrup Maple Syrup is produced from sap collected from sugar maple trees during late winter. The season in Connecticut ranges from early February through the third week in March with weather the determining factor. Ideal sugaring weather is 40 degree days and freezing nights. The sap is taken to the sugar house where it is boiled down to maple syrup. Pure maple syrup has nothing added! All of our syrup is bottled at our sugar house. Our 100% pure maple syrup comes in a variety of containers.
