Off-site Wine Tastings

ON-SITE PRIVATE WINE TASTING AND DINNER EVENTS*

Have you been looking for an intimate and unique site to host a get-together for co-workers, friends, or business associates? Our tasting room and outside courtyard are available daily 5 – 9 pm for private wine tasting, dinners, and education seminars.

Package #1 - Private Wine Tasting

This package for up to forty people is available year-round and includes the exclusive use of the inside tasting room during the evening during the winter months or private daytime use of tented courtyard, May-October. This is a perfect setting for a casual get-together of friends, family, or business associates, bridal and baby showers. A staff member will expertly guide guests through a selection of our wines and offer a detailed description of each wine. We will provide as needed: water, bread, small tables, chairs, small plates, silverware, paper napkins, and wine glasses. You will provide: food, other non-alcoholic beverages, and ice. The rental base price is subject to 6% CT sales tax. The wine tasting portion is subject to 6% CT sales tax and a 18%-20% gratuity for servers. Appetizers and/or lunches are also available for an extra fee. Please contact us for more information.

Package #2 - Private Wine Tasting, & Dinner

This package for up to fifty people is available May – October and includes the exclusive use of the inside tasting room and the outside tented courtyard. This is a perfect setting for a rehearsal dinner, bridal shower, or a business presentation. Two staff members will coordinate all the details of the event including set-up, coordination with the off-premise caterer, wine tasting presentation, and clean-up. We will provide: water, bread, large tables (seating 8-10), classic white table linens, chairs, plates (for each course), silverware, linen napkins, non-alcoholic beverages and a pre-selected three course dinner (served buffet style) and coffee with dessert. This package requires a minimum of fifteen guests. The rental base price is subject to 6% CT sales tax. The dinner portion is subject to 6% CT sales tax and 18%-20% gratuity for the servers. $675 base + $32 pp.

Package #3 - Private Wine Tasting, Dinner, & Seminar

This package for up to fifty people is available May – October and includes the exclusive use of the inside tasting room and the outside tented courtyard. This is a perfect setting for a corporate event or a special interest group. Two staff members will coordinate all the details of the event including set-up, coordination with the off-premise caterer, wine tasting presentation, and clean-up. We will provide: water, bread, large tables (seating 8-10), classic white table linens, chairs, plates (for each course), silverware, linen napkins, non-alcoholic beverages, and a pre-selected three course dinner (served buffet style) and coffee with dessert. Following dinner a highly qualified wine educator will present a personalized wine education seminar. This package requires a minimum of fifteen guests. The rental base price is subject to 6% CT sales tax. The dinner portion is subject to 6% CT sales tax and a 18%-20% gratuity for the servers.

$975 base + $32 pp.

*We get many requests for weddings at McLaughlin Vineyards. We are unable to accomodate groups over 50 people. Acoustic music & wine available only. No DJ's or outside liquor/alcohol.

A larger party may be possible when using an event/wedding planner with owners approval.
